Ghost Pepper

The ghost pepper is a chili pepper previously recognized by Guinness World Records as the hottest pepper in the world. It is 401.5 times hotter than Tabasco sauce. Here’s a video of Jamie Kocher, CEO of the Waimea Bay Chili Pepper Company, eating one!

Do you dare take a bite?

I think for most of us, we think of Iron Man as the superhero from the famous Marvel comics of our childhood.
This guy here,

But what does it truly mean to be an Iron Man?

Well, let’s see!
Can you swim 2.4 miles? How about bike 112 miles? Or run a marathon which is 26.2 miles?
Now, what if you had to do all three in a matter of 17 hours?
This my friends is the Ironman Triathlon!

Do you have what it takes to persevere and not give up?
Do you have the drive to go above & beyond your limits?

FACT: A new world record was set during the Ironman Austria Triathlon of 2011. The 34-year old Vanhoenacker completed the course with a record of 7 hours, 45 minutes, and 58 seconds.

Will you take the challenge?

Do you dare to be next Iron Man?

Stairway to Heaven

Going up stairs does not sound fun at all but rather boring and tiresome. Remember that feeling of finally reaching the 40th step? 50th step? 100th step? Oh, the feeling of being out of breath, the need for water, and sore hamstrings.
Doesn’t sound pleasant does it?

So, why is it that many people still make it their challenge to do some crazy hike that involves pretty much only stairs. Maybe it’s the excuse that it’s in Hawaii! Or maybe it is the simple thrill of being at such high altitudes and having a nice view from above.  Whatever the reasons may be, people begin their 3,922-step journey at the bottom of the Haiku Valley in the island of O’ahu . This is not a simple stair hike but a rather steep vertical trail where eventually some of the stairway steps become invisible in the midst of the fog.  Although it is originally named the Haiku Stairway, however, for this very reason many have also come to know of it as the Stairway to Heaven.

So, the final question is: Do you dare to take the thrill?

The IPECAC Challenge

Hey guys,

Well we’re back in action to present you with another bile inducing, rectum cringing dare. After the popularity of the “Cinnamon Challenge” subsided, thrill seekers and masochists needed a new outlet. Nights of alcohol binging and buffet swarming have led to the fruition of the IPECAC challenge.

“IPECAC? What the hell is that?” In short, Ipecac is an emetic, in other words, a laxative. The catch is, instead of pooping it all out, people vomit it all out. Ipecac works by “acting locally by irritating the gastric mucosa and centrally by stimulating the medullary chemoreceptor trigger zone to induce vomiting.”

First popularized by Family Guy in this clip:

Disgusting?

Yes.

Funny?

Of course!

Now, for the challenge:

Another video of the challenge; warning, might actually induce vomiting!

Now the question is,

Do You Dare?

Cinnamon Challenge

“So what is this so called Cinnamon Challenge?” you might ask.
Cinnamon apple pie? Cinnamon rolls?
To eat as many until you can eat no more?

Well, no my friends.
It consists of none of the above. However, it is a very simple task or what appears to be simple for many.

You begin by simply filling a tablespoon of full ground cinnamon.
The goal is to swallow the cinnamon WITHOUT vomiting or inhaling it.
Difficult or easy?

This is what you end up at the end of the challenge…

Do you dare?
